Modern Protocol School of Etiquette was founded by Ally Francis OT/L a Certified Etiquette Consultant, educator, entrepreneur, and longtime professional leader with a passion for helping people develop the confidence to navigate important moments in their lives.
After years of leadership, mentoring, and working with people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, she recognized a growing challenge:

That realization became the foundation of Modern Protocol.
Her approach to etiquette is modern, practical, inclusive, and rooted in a simple belief: etiquette is not about perfection, status, or outdated rules. It is about awareness, respect, confidence, and understanding how your presence affects the people around you.
